How do I book an appointment? Are walk-ins accepted?

Booking is typically via online or phone. Walk-ins are accepted, prior appointment is recommended

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancelling late or failing to show may incur fees, usually with a notice period of 24–48 hours required

Are there age, medical, or pregnancy restrictions?

Certain treatments, especially injectables and laser procedures, are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or when using specific medications. Pre-treatment consultation is advised

Do we accept Insurance?

Even though we don't directly bill insurance companies, we can give you an invoice to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, depending on your policy.

How often can I receive treatments?

What side effects might I experience?

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy

What is PRP?

A concentration of your own platelets and plasma, rich in growth factors, used to support tissue healing, commonly applied in skin rejuvenation, hair restoration, joint injections, and orthopedic healing.

What lab test do I need for PRP?

a. CBC & Platelet Count – Ensures you have enough healthy platelets for PRP effectiveness.
b. Clotting Profile (PT, aPTT, INR) – Checks for bleeding or clotting disorders.

How is PRP administered?

Your blood is drawn, centrifuged to concentrate platelets, and the PRP is then injected into the target area or applied on the skin (e.g. with microneedling).

How many sessions are recommended?

Are there risks?
